Glad all are safe. Must have been an "interesting" passage!
Can't wait to hear what 'knocked down twice' means. Jesus but you 3 1/4 have balls. I don't even want to drive in the rain and feel safe only on ship with 900 passengers and 3 bars.
So glad you made the passage safely, though I can't hazard a guess at the conditions you must have encountered that were severe enough to knock you down twice. From a very selfish perspective, we are so glad Matt wasn't with you on that leg!
Thank goodness you made it. I'm hoping it was not too scary. Looking forward to the story.Andy in Mpls.
Yikes! Must feel good to be in a safe harbor. Sounds like a story.
It sounds like the new washboards and window supports were a good (great) idea. Looking forward to reading about the crossing.
irresponsible for parents to take so unsafe a passage with their infant. If they simply had to take such risks, why not leave the kid at home?
Drama Queen strikes again!
Fookin' GREAT! Glad you guys are in a safe harbour. Sounds like your planning and weather watching kept you safe. Sereia is a strong old lady and she kept you safe. Look at it this way, if she doesn't contribute to grey hair, two children will ;-)Can't wait to hear your take on the knockdown(s)
Uhhh....I looked at your past posts and never discovered the REASON you are a glutton for punishment. Is it that you can't wait to get back to the "asshole of the world"?
Silas looks like he's enjoying the mess! i'll be checking back to hear the tale..
"shiver me timbers" or somthing like that....time for some grog.
Wow. Character building, no doubt. I agree with Anonymous. Glad you are all ok. Look forward to a full report.
Congratulations on surviving what Wiki describes as 'one of the most dangerous and unpredictable waters in the world.' I look forward to hearing more.
